Xbox Mac App Not a Popular Request, Microsoft Boss Says

Gamers holding out for an official Xbox app for Mac may want to get comfortable.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer says on Twitter (via DualShockers) that he hasn't heard much call for such an app, but directed people who want it to make a page on the Xbox Feedback site.

"Honestly haven't had a lot of requests. Put it up on http://feedback.xbox.com and let's see how many people are interested," Spencer said.

In fact, such a request is already up on the Xbox Feedback site. It's been there since June 2015, but has only amassed around 400 votes.

The Xbox app for Windows 10 PCs includes a lot of the same functionality from Xbox One such as GameDVR and friends lists, well as unique features including Xbox One-to-PC streaming.
